TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CRAZY FOR LIFE TOURS
Hiking & Classic Car Experiences – Logan, Utah
These Terms and Conditions apply to all individuals in the booking party (the “Participants”). The individual submitting the reservation request (the “Representative”) is responsible for communicating these Terms to all Participants. If the Representative does not wish to take on this role, each Participant must book individually.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time and must be submitted in writing via email. If canceled within this time frame, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours prior to the tour time are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued unless we are able to rebook your spot(s). No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
If Crazy for Life must cancel a tour due to weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method and amount.
RESERVATION POLICIES
All bookings require a valid credit or debit card. Your card will be charged immediately or on the day of the tour, depending on how and where you book.
Tours are offered as shared experiences but may also be booked as private tours (recommended for groups of 4+ or for exclusive Classic Car rides). If you are interested in a private experience, please indicate this at the time of booking.
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of your reservation request. For tours booked within 48 hours of departure, we recommend contacting us directly after submitting your booking request online.
FITNESS AND PARTICIPATION
All Participants must be in adequate physical condition to safely complete the hiking portion of our tours. Please consult with us in advance if you have any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate.
For hiking tours: Participants must be able to walk independently on uneven terrain, sometimes uphill. Good footwear and sufficient water are required.
For Classic Car tours: All passengers must be able to enter and exit the vehicle independently. These are vintage cars, and may not offer modern safety features or accessibility accommodations.
Crazy for Life guides cannot provide physical assistance beyond a steadying hand.
All drivers must be able to operate a manual transmission. Please note that none of the vehicles are equipped with air conditioning
CHILDREN AND FAMILY PARTICIPATION
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Some hikes may not be suitable for young children; please inquire before booking.
We do not provide child safety seats for Classic Car tours. If required by law or your personal preference, you must bring your own.
ITEMS NOT PERMITTED
For safety and comfort, the following are not permitted on tours:
Smoking and vaping are prohibited during all tours and within 25 feet of any vehicle or building used by Crazy for Life. Eating and drinking inside the cars is also not allowed.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND CONDUCT
Photography for personal use is welcome. Please be mindful of fellow participants' experience and do not obstruct views or distract drivers or guides.
Commercial photography or videography is not permitted without written permission.
Participants must follow the instructions of the guide or driver at all times for their safety and the safety of the group.
LIABILITY
Participation is at your own risk. Crazy for Life is not responsible for injuries, lost or damaged personal items, or delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
By participating, you agree to release Crazy for Life LLC, its owner, guides, and partners from any liability related to participation in the tour, to the extent permitted by law.
